Hi @dglaab and welcome to the Community!

I understand that you would like to run a comprehensive scan that includes both your computer and Flash Drive currently connected on the computer.

For us to do this, a Custom Scan should be the one we need to perform. Please refer on the steps below:
  • Open the Trend Micro Program
  • Click on the arrow pointing downward beside the Scan button

  • Choosing Custom Scan should provide you a selection of all available drives for scanning

  • Select all the Drives you want to be scanned. You may then commence the scan by clicking Start Scan
For more information regarding all types of scan, you refer on this link. Running a scan using your Trend Micro Security software

Thank you and have a great day!

Hi @slroderick11 and welcome to the Community!

I understand that your USB drive is not included on the Custom Scan options.

Kindly open your computer's Windows Explorer. You may look for "Computer" or "This-PC" icon on your desktop. You may also press Windows key and the letter E key on your keyboard at the same time to view the Windows Explorer.

Afterwards, you should be able to see the drives on your computer and one of it will be your USB drive. Kindly right-click on your USB drive and select "Scan for Security Threats".

Should you have further inquiries, please let us know so that we can assist you further.

Thank you and have a great day!
