How do I deactivate a device that no longer exists?

The device shows on the device page, but when I click on it to deactivate it the line for deactivation is not present, How do I deactivate the device?

Hi eataylor0623, 

You may remove a device under the Trend Micro's protection by logging in to your account. Here's a quick guide: 
  1. Go to Trend Micro Account.
  2. Type your Trend Micro Account email address and password, then click Sign In.
  3. Look for your product from the list.
  4. Click the icon next to the device/computer you wish to remove protection.
