how do I change the country

We are in new Zealand but the country dropdown only says united states or canada

Hello info and welcome to the community! 

Can you please tell us what you are trying to do? Are you doing a purchase or are you installing the program? 

If you are trying to change the country of your Account, you can check the steps below.
Step 1: Sign in on your Trend Micro Account portal. 
Step 2: Go to Account tab.
Step 3: Scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see the Location option.
Step 4: Change it from United States/Canada to New Zealand. 
Step 5: Once done, click on Update Profile to save the changes.
