I am trying to use Teamviewer to allow someone remote access to my computer to help recover some files but it won't let them connect. However, I am able to connect to their computer remotely. I'm thinking the antivirus is the reason.
Hi Caroline, The best way to see if it is TM to exit TM. Rightclick icon in tray/choose than Exit and see of the problem exist. Don't forget to start the program after the session (hope it is not the MS employee from India!)
