How can I verify that my renewal is up and running?

Don"t see a way to verify my renewal is activated.

Hello @bobmissal and welcome to the community!

For your question you can check and verify your renewal by simply logging into the Trend Micro MyAccount by entering your email address and password. This will give you the information for you to check if the expiration date was updated after purchasing your renewal. Just scroll down on the page of the Trend Micro MyAccount which the Product tab is selected, here is a link for you to click and login to your account.

You can also check and verify your renewal by simply opening the Trend Micro program by double clicking the icon on your desktop and checking the expiration date. You can also click the expiration date for you to see the number of days of your subscription before you need to renew again.

You can also click the change serial number button for you to enter a new serial number that's either starting with a letter "A" for the Trend Micro Antivirus+ Security, a letter "P" for the Trend Micro Internet Security and a letter "X" for the Trend Micro Maximum Security program. Please take note that you cannot use the serial number that's start with a letter "A" to activate the Trend Micro Internet Security program as this serial number is only for the Trend Micro Antivirus+ Security program, the same goes for the other programs that I mentioned.
