I seem to be having a problem with random popups of cmd for a split second that runs data that is too fast to read out.
So, Being concerned I ran Malwarebytes,Trend micro maximum security & windows defender.
No threats came back but I'm wondering if it's unremoved malware or something else.

This is very concerning because of the weird happenings in windows such as..
1:Flickering apps on taskbar(the bottom rectangle)
2:Sudden lags in edge or other programs
3:Sudden glitches in parts of the system (like the login screen)

Please help me out on this one,

Hi lcm2122433,

Do you mind providing us additional information regarding your concern?

1. What activities are you performing on the computer when the CMD popups occur? Are you browsing the internet or using any particular software?
2. If you are browsing the internet, what is the website that you are visiting for this things to occur?
3. Do you notice any significant slowdown or lags on your device when this happens?

We hope to hear from you soon. Best regards.

Sorry for not applying that much info on it :(

1: It usually occurs when use software such as games or other (mostly games)
2:Or when first signing on to windows (rare, but still happens periodically)

I don't see any sudden lag in the computers performance but a little lag for a short time.

Hope this helps.

-I'm not a Trend Micro representative, but I like to give you some suggestion-

Take a look in Startup tab in Task Manager, or running msc and check if there is something unknown.
Maybe an installer that fails and try to restart,  creating a loop...
Post the screenshot here if you want.

Did you run a complete antivirus scan?

Are you able to run Event Viewer and take a look into Application log?
Maybe here you can find details on what is happening.

Hi lcm2122433,

Max Slo is correct. Kindly open the task manager of your computer and provide us a screenshot so that we can also check it here on our end. Also, may we know if you are running Malwarebytes and Trend Micro simultaneously?

We highly recommend having just one antivirus program to avoid confusion for malware detection. Performance issues can likely occur on the computer such as high CPU and Memory usage if you have two or more security software installed on the computer.

Hi Max Slo,

Thank you for your input regarding this issue.

Looking forward on your response. Thank you.
