Hi there. Have you had any reported problems with Maximum Security 10 stopping iPads from connecting to iTunes?

I recently installed Maximum Security 10 to my desktop PC and have not been able to connect my iPad to iTunes since. I have tried on a laptop without Maximum Security 10 on it and there is no problem there.

Thank you for contacting us here! Regarding your situation, let's isolate to make sure the problem is not due to Trend Micro Security. Please check if the problem still persists after you temporarily disable Trend Micro Security. We have a support document that explains how to do this:
