Hi I keep getting a message protection disbaled "a problem has tempor......." and restart required.

I am not able to run a scan ....it never gets off 0% and the only the only way to close is to restart. When I try and close frozen scan I get a proctection disbaled message.

I see that you're having the "Protection Disabled" error message, and undergoing on a continuous restart.  This could be due to a third-party security software that overrides the Trend Micro protection.
