Hi, I have recently updated to MAC OS Siera 10.12 and I'm told that my Trendmicro does not cover this new OS. What should I do?

I am currently not protected after upgrading to MAC OS Siera 10.12. Do you have a fix for this issue??

I'm sorry for the late response. The problem caused by the version of Trend Micro program you're using is not compatible with Mac OS Sierra.

Please follow the instruction in support page below to install the latest version of Trend Micro Antivirus for Mac:
"Protection Disabled" error message appears when opening the Trend Micro program on OS X El Capitan or MacOS Sierra
