Hi, I have just got a new phone and am wanting to transfer the settings in the app from the old one.

As far as I understand you want to transfer the Home Network Security App from an Old Phone  to a new one. and if that's the case just follow these steps below.

STEP 1: Uninstall the Home Network Security Application on your Old Phone.
STEP 2: Install the app on your New Phone. (Click the link below for instructions)
               Installing your Home Network Security App
STEP 3: Reset the Home Network Security Station. (Click the link below)
               Resetting your Home Network Security Station
STEP 4: 
Pair the Home Network Security App to Home Network Security Station. (Click the link below)
               Pairing your Home Network Security App with the Station

Thanks for you reply, but, I think had I done that, I might have lost all my settings and personalised info.  Because my phones were both Samsung I actually just used the Samsung Smart Switch App and everything was transferred.
BTW I am not affiliated to Samsung in any way.  I hope it was OK to mention them.
