Hi I have downloaded the upgrade and my mac will not open as it states that there is no available application to run it???

With regards to your question, I believe that what you have downloaded is the Windows version of the installer file. With that you will not be able to run the installer file on the Mac computers. Please try this link below to download the installer for Mac computers.

That fixed the issue your web site is not that clear to navigate to the various downloads?  Maybe it is an age thing???
