Here we go again.... Trend was not turned on when I started up my LapTop.

I went to check on the status of my account & it shows all is working, however it is not. My email is not being checked & it WAS YESTERDAY. I also found that there was an upgrade, so I did that. Still no scanning in my emails.  I have spent countless hours today just playing around with this. And the Password program!! If this gets any slower. It's faster to pull out my password book or let google fill in. What is  going on here????? I can't even find the window anymore where I can check on the option for email ???

I believe you're referring to the Anti-spam toolbar of Trend Micro that scans all your email to filter out unsolicited advertisements and other unwanted email messages.
