my computor virus protection is stuck at 79%.
I have been in touch with Trend Micro, etc, but cannot understand the person, what to do and so .forth.
I have not got good hearing, wear hearing aids, and it is all just too technical for me at my age.
It is so very frustrating, and this problem has only happened since I renewed my subscription, etc

Scan hangs at 70% to 80%
