Help Please I may have done something Wrong.

Hi I have recently changed some passwords to different accounts now each time I go into one of these accounts I have to put in my email address and password. It seems the Password Manager is not recognizing what I have altered, either that or I have done something wrong. Instead of the Trend password manager on the top right hand corner it has Trend Unable to help with passwords sign in now. I did that but still have a problem. Can you help me please, step by step would be great, thank you Carol

Hi Carol, sorry for the inconvenience it has caused. Per your description, you may need to restart the components of Password Manager or re-install it. 

Here's an online document to help you trying the solutions steps-by-steps. Please give it a try: "Unable to Help with Your Passwords" error message appears when clicking on the Password Manager Toolbar on your computer - please do OPTION 1 first, if the issue still persists, then do OPTION 2.
