I just renewed my yearly subscription. When I began the download process, I was instructed to un-install a program that was incompatible. I did that. Now I was told that too many attempts to download have been made and that I have to contact you. If you can't help me, I will have to cancel my order and choose another security software company.

Apologies for any inconvenience but please be informed that the installer is only downloadable from the order confirmation email for up to 5 attempts. If you have already downloaded the installer before, you may go to your Downloads folder and look tor a file that has the name "TrendMicro_12.0_EL_Full.exe" and then double click it to run the installer.
