Help Me get this off my system, please

My computer is still saying that I have Defender Firewall and I deleted Defender Pro when I got your new software. Somehow the people who put on defender pro in the first place are still contacting me saying they want to update the software and that they can still see the firewall. Can you please help to get it off my system?

Welcome to TM Home users Community, a public site where volunteers try to help each-other , also there are TM Employees that can give answers, I am just a volunteer.

Let me try to help you with this, I don't know about Defender Pro, in Win 10 Defender is always there but it is off or you can put it off. Defender Firewall is a part in Win 10 what does the firewall fucktion in Win 10 and Trend Micro works together with it!! So Defender off and Defender firewall on!!!

This is how it should be!

I understand that but how are the Defender Pro people that I bought the protection from still going in to my computer and telling me which updates I need to make.  I am not giving them access at this time.  Do they still have access even though I deleted the program?
