I gave a friend access to my copy of Maximum Security so they had virus protection, and now we both have each others password links in Password vault. How can I fix this?

Hi ,

This means you & your friends both use one license for active maximum Security & password managers ?

Any license key is for only one user . 

for now you must change www.trendsecure.com  password and deactivate ( remove ) your friend computer from trend micro panel .

your friend must purchase new license .

do not share license with other Specially maximum security . becuase they can access to your information safesync and directpass .

Hi @ratfink95, I understand your frustration.

For Trend Micro Maximum Security, we have a policy mention that "Product licenses for home use must be used by end users in the same household". As Amir mentioned, we suggest you change your My account password and deactivate ( remove ) your friend computer.
Managing your Trend Micro Account (MyAccount) - refer to "About Your License" part

For Password Manager, Password Manager can install on any number of supported computers or devices and activate by one Trend Micro account. If you logged in Password Manager with the same account, all of the Password Manager will share the same data of passwords. To use specific Password Manager on different computers, it will request different Trend Micro accounts. 

You can remove all your Password Manager's data by resetting Master Password. Here's for your reference:

Important: Resetting your Master Password will remove all your saved data such as passwords and secure notes.
