My computer has frozen and I've restarted it an try everything to fix it but it must be a bug from the net so much for maximum security it has worked on my computer and I can't get a hold of no one from trend micro to help

May I know when did you experience this issue on your computer? This can be because of yourcomputer specification or capability. You may be running applications at thesame time when your device only have low memory or slow processor. You may also check the task manager and see what program has high memory usage. If Trend Micro has the highest CPU usage, please click the link below.
