Last year I bought and installed Trend Micro Titanium Maximum Security on my PC and mobile devices. I recently purchased a 10 device 36 month subscription of Trend Micro Maximum Security to replace Titanium. OK on my PC, it installed beautifully however on my smartphone when I try to activate/renew I get the following message "This copy of Trend Micro Mobile Security Personal Edition was purchased as part of Trend Micro Titanium Maximum Security. To renew your Titanium subscription please visit #RENEWWORDING# or open the Titanium console on your computer." I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app from the play-store but I still get the same message. Now my purchase is not much good to me if I can't activate it. Please advise as to what I can do.

Hi @chazmatt, thank you for your new purchase of Trend Micro Maximum Security! 

For your issue, could you try the following steps and check if the same symptom occurs:
  1. Open the Mobile Security. 
  2. Go to Settings. 
  3. Tap on Sign Out. 
  4. Open the Mobile Security again. 
  5. Tap on Buy/Activate. 
  6. Tap on Use Activation Code. 
  7. Enter your new serial number, then tap OK to activate your Mobile Security for Android.
