MS has recently updated my hotmail.  The password protection now no longer works for hotmail and logging in has become a chore.  The password protection pops up and doesn't work.  So when I get 1/2 through manually loggin in password protection pops up again  and resets the login interface.  The password protection works on all other login interfaces.  Help!

Welcome and thank you for posting here on our community!

Please follow the steps below:

1.       Clear the Cache Patterns of your Password Manager

-          Open start menu then type Trend Micro Diagnostic toolkit on the search field.

-          Choose Components tab then click Stop All Components.

-          Click Delete under Clear Cache Patterns then click Start All Components.

-          Close the Diagnostic Toolkit then try to sign in again.
