Hello I want to add a device to the product I purchased on 10th Dec 2017 but cannot see that product on my account. Please help

I cannot find all the products I have purchased when I log into my account.
How can I see a list of all the products I have ever bought and the dates.
I have a feeling I have signed onto products that are auto renewing on devices I have long since stopped using.

Hi kartikae and welcome to the Community!

Upon checking your account using the email address you register here, there is no subscription that you purchased in year 2017 nor in the month of December. However, you still have an active subscription which is valid until this 28th of March. Also, it is not on automatic renewal. If you suspect that you have other subscription, it is possible that you have it registered on a different Trend Micro account.
