Hello, I keep getting a pop up from trend micro program saying that my anti virus is disabled and that I need to connect to the internet, but I am connected. I have restarted my computer and made sure program is up to date.

If you are shure the warning is from TM you can tray this solution.
Reinstalling the latest version of Trend Micro Security program

Hello, I`m not real literate with these PC settings as such but my trend-micro renual has been dealin me fits here. I bought a yearly trend-micro from my dealer here back in dec-2016 had my free month trial then it wouldn`t roll over for my year protection, went back to dealer, found out they had sold me the wrong trend, and gave me a new set of serial numbers, and it still wouldn`t work, called dealer, they had 1 number off in sequence, they found the wrong number so I corrected the number and it finally intered and worked, but when in scan it never showed % numbers and wouldn`t stop or "X" out. then the pillow comes up sayen disabled and to restart PC and it keeps showin disabled and won`t work. I`ve had trend-micro for years and prefer it over the other company`s, HELP!!!
