Hello I have to update however I must delete some programms I have payed for. Yhis is not nice!

Welcome to TM Home users Community, a public site where volunteers try to help each-other , also there are TM Employees that can give answers.
Need more information:
OS,TM version an the programs that wont work with TM.

This is no help Why do Ihave to uninstall a programm which I pay for To be able to upgrade TrendMicro???

Hi Paul,

I think if you Install TM and then install Advanced System Care Pro again it will work.
But it is better to put off all the real time scanning of ASCP for the sake that TM does the real time scanning alone without interfear from ASCP.
2 programs on the PC that does the same things at the time can give problems.
Give it a try.

Hi paulbinnenhof and welcome to the Community!

I'm afraid it would be best to uninstall Advanced System Care Pro before installing the Trend Micro program latest version since both programs provide the same features. Due to this, the programs may conflict and give performance issues.

Tom's suggestion may work but it would be best to have just one security program working on your PC.

You can always uninstall it first then reinstall after.

OK uninstalled several (payed for) securety programms and now TM is upgraded and works well.
Hopefully I can trust TM looking after my computer as it now is the one and only .... ;-)
