I do not understand your website. I just renewed the service but my account shows expired. It is possible that I have two or more accounts because I had to reset my password. How do I know I am good. David Galt, 4575 Liberty Drive, Helena MT I wonder if my old email address that is no longer viable is on file and screwing this up?

Sorry to hear this issue about your renewal. 

I have checked your subscription on our end and I was able to verify that you were provided a new serial number. This is the reason why your account is expired. 

In order to resolve this, you may simply change the serial number of the Trend Micro program on your device. To do that, you may click here

Also, there was an email sent to your email address for instructions on how to do it since you already contacted our Chat Support.
