Why did you renew this subscription when you asked me a while back to subscribe to an updated version, which I did?I am furious. Why would you assume to access my personal account? My computer supplier suggested I use your company, and I did. Now you can't keep track of your customers?I do not want this product. Return my funds.I will make sure I never renew anything with your company again.I think you are thieves.Take my money and put me through the BS to see if I can get a refund.

My friend, you have one of, if not the best, internet security systems available. I have tried the vast majority of others.

You must learn how to use it and control your "settings" to your needs. As with anything else in this world, there's a learning curve, and it really doesn't take much time to find how to use it to suit you.

Think long and hard about this, and good fortune to you....woodartisan - A long-term Trend Micro user.

Hi wayneporter12,

First, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience that the duplicate purchase has caused.

I have also removed your personal information that you have originally posted. This is to avoid for it to be compromised.

This might have been an isolated case that the early renewal has not been recognized and the autorenewal still kicked in as it is still enabled for your license. I have disabled the automatic renewal for the license and has requested for the refund of the autorenewal purchase. Please wait for the email with regards to the refund details. It will be sent 24-48 hours from this point.

With those details you have provided, we have reported it with our online store partner that manages it to have it checked.

We do apologize again for this inconvenience.
