Do you get pop-up notifications that your subscription has expired or are these emails? Also, when you open your Trend Micro program, what expiry date is shown? Lastly, please check if the serial number used by your program is correct by following the steps below.
1. Open your Trend Micro program.
2. Click the icon of a man at the upper right corner.
3. Choose Subscription Information.
