Can you help me get rid of as it has taken over my Google search?
I have tried a few option from the web without success.

For your "govome" question, we suspect this is a Browser Hijack potentially unwanted software. Please follow the steps below to fix your issue. Here's for your reference:

1. Reset your web browser

2. Perform a Full Scan
After trying the solution above, we suggest performing a Full Scan to make sure your computer is not infected. We have a help doc which describes how to performing a full scan:
