I just want to clarify the word that you have used. By the word 'renew' do you mean to purchase another term of subscription with the same serial number that you originally have or, do you have a new serial number that you wish to activate to extend your existing subscription for the next term?
To purchase a renewal, just go to our Online Store and purchase your renewal by clicking the Renew button or by clicking this link.
If you mean to activate the new serial number that you just got, make sure that it has the same 1st letter of the previous serial number that you had. If it is a match, just open your Trend Micro console and then click on the expiration date stated on the bottom part. Once done, you should have the option to change your serial number.
