getting auto renew email for 12/25/17 , I don't want to renew but when I go to my account it will not let me disable

Welcome to the community!

Upon checking your Trend Micro Account, you currently do not have the Auto-renewal enabled. With that, I already have manually disabled the Auto-Renewal via Digital River which is Trend Micro's authorized re-seller of items being offered within our online store. 

If ever this happened again, you may refer to OPTION 2: Via Digital River's on the link below. 

How do I disable or cancel Auto-Renew?
