Getting Aggravated!

I recently renewed and was upgraded to Trend Maximum Security 10. Ever since then I am encountering numerous issues with Vista Premium and Windows 8. System runs really slow, Mozilla Firefox displays Not Responding quite often, programs operate slower, web pages load slower, it is a real pain in the you know where. I have gone through settings, explored the internet for answers with no avail. Basically if you cannot assist in getting these things resolved I want a refund and will find another program to run, Anxiously awaiting you response and guidance.
