I get the message during shutdown that G.exe is preventing shutdown. I find nothing when I run a full scan with Trend Micro. Isn't this a Trojan virus ?

I attempted to get past your automated phone system and failed. I was asked for a 20 digit code and then I was hung up on before I could enter my case number.
