Full Scheduled Scan not running

We have several Trend Micro Maximum Security ver. 10.0.1265 installed on 15 of our workstations, all running Windows 7 Pro SP-1 x64. On about 75%, the Full Scheduled Scan does not run (all set for 2:00AM. Users leave their PCs on and either logged off or on, 24x7. What can we do to get this resolved?

Please check what file is being scanned at the 75% mark and then proceed to the location of the file. After that check if the file has permission for the current user account. Enable the permission on the user account if it does not have enough permission.

You are misunderstanding my entry.  When I said "On about 75%..." this means about 3/4s of the PCs in our network are impacted the same way.  i.e. Full Scheduled Scan is not running; never even starts.  We have hibernation disabled, screensavers turned off and most PCs logged off at the time of the scheduled scan.

We deeply apologize for the misunderstanding.

Scheduled scans do not run when your computer is off, on Hibernate mode, on Sleep mode, or if user is logged out of Windows OS. Therefore, we suggest your users to just lock the workstations when they leave (Ctrl-Alt-Delete - Lock this computer, or Windows Start-Shut down-Lock) and leave the computers running to see if the scans will run at 2am for all 15 workstations.
