Full scan not working correctly

When I run the "Full Scan" feature on my PC using Trend Micro Maximum Security 10, it does not scan all the files on the c: drive. It then completes the scan and says everything is OK but skips over most of the files on the C: drive. How can I fix this??

Thank you for the detailed information. It's normal for Full Scan to skip some files when another Full Scan runs within 24 hours since the "Journal Scan" feature is working in the background.

In general, Full Scan scans for all the files on your computer and records the modifications as "Journal". When the user runs another Full Scan, it basically will ignore files that remain unchanged from the latest scan resulting in much faster scan speeds.

However, the Journal resets automatically every 24 hours to make sure that the Full Scan next day will scan all the files with the latest patterns.
