Frustrated!

I have protection for 3 devices. I keep getting notices that I have too many devices and that I need to take one off. I have home computer, laptop, and phone. I do not see it on my phone at all.

Hi cdcrady, I've checked your account information and verified that your Trend Micro Internet Security has already protected 3 PCs.

Since there is no remaining seat for your subscription, if you would like to protect another computer, please follow the support page below to transfer protection from an old device that you're not using now to your new device.

Managing your Trend Micro Account - choose "About Your License" and see "Removing or Transferring protection from a device/computer" section 

However, Trend Micro Internet Security is only compatible with Windows and Mac PC, if you would like to protect your smartphone, you will need to use Trend Micro Mobile Security or Trend Micro Maximum Security.
