Thanks for contact us in the new community. For getting rid of Footybase, we suggest you uninstalling it in Control Panel first, then reset your Google Chrome browser. 

Here're the steps for your reference:
  • Uninstall using the Control Panel
    1. Click Windows icon in the lower-left corner of the screen
    2. Choose the Settings menu to display all contents
    3. Select and click on System
    4. Under System menu, click on Apps and features
    5. Select  from the list
    6. Click on Uninstall button

  • Reset your Google Chrome browser by following below page
    Reset Chrome settings to default
