I have Family Tree Maker. It is telling me there is no internet connection (which there is) or a firewall is blocking it.
Don't know how to find the firewall to unblock it.

I understand that you are having troubles with another program that you are running.

Just to clarify, the Trend Micro security program does not include a Firewall. It only enhances the current setting of the built in Firewall application of your computer.

You may want to contact the Family Tree program makers and check the problem with them.
