I have tried either sending a signal or finding my device and it has not worked since September. It keeps telling me.....Unable to refresh. This feature is currently unavailable. Please try again later. I have been getting this error for a couple weeks already.
May we know what is the model of the mobile device that you are using? May we also know if you have already tried to reinstall the app on your device and allowed all the permissions that the Mobile Security app requires?
