False trigger on virus protection

In the last few days I've been getting notices about two programs that I am using heavily and I know they are trusted. The first is Arduino.exe, and the second is Pathio.exe. I use both of these for 3D printing. Your package takes action and informs me but gives NO options to over ride the action. I have to try it a 2nd time and then I get an add exception menu. This needs to be in the first screen. Also, these programs should not be getting flagged, there is a problem with your program. Thanks in advance.

Hi vanceblosser

I'm sorry to hear of your experience. Do you still remember what was the detection of the Trend Micro program for the two programs you mentioned? We may have to replicate it on our end.

Hi gloriaguile68,

May I know where are you seeing these offers you have mentioned? May I know what is the last activity you performed before this happened?

Awaiting your response.
