false negatives on protected passwords from Dashlane

Why do my protected passwords with DASHLANE show up on your scans as unprotected. Dashlane says they are false negatives. They are protected. I contacted them, they said contact you.

Thanks for asking here! 

The Unprotected Passwords message means that the password that you have, for example for your Dashlane, is not yet protected by our Password Manager software. It doesn't literally mean that it is not protected.
