Why when a did buy this product, Good Guys Melton Australia, toll me that it have full support, and now I found that I have to paid for it a extra amount of money. This is disgusting from you and Good Guys Melton Australia. Tomorrow I will put this product back to them and ask for explanations, Plus of that, The $20 rebate that you advertise on the cover not let me find the 31 of may, day of my purchase, plus this ask for a “service key or product but nothing is accepted for you system. Stupid product, back to Norton, it was so good there. But I will put it on Face book, tweeter, and everywhere I can so people will know about it.

We apologize if there was any misunderstanding during your purchase experience. Trend Micro works with a large number of resell partners, and we cannot be sure what was communicated regarding "full support". Please check with Good Guys Melton and see if they could help clarify.

For your reference, we do offer an edition called Premium Security that includes 24x7 live premium support services and even general IT help for your PCs, depending on the plan you purchased. Here is a page that highlights features and services for Premium Security, and also has a comparison table to show differences between Maximum Security (the edition you purchased) and Premium Security:
http://www.trendmicro.com.au/au/home/products/software/premium-security/index.html

Regarding your question on the $20 rebate, here's the URL to redeem the rebate:
https://apac-eticket.trendmicro.com/q2retailpromotion/

The key you need to enter should be the serial number of your Trend Micro Maximum Security XKMF-****-****-****-3253. I have attached an image of the Trend Micro Cashback website for you:

Sorry that your experience with us was unpleasant and hopefully we were able to help clarify some info here. If there's any chance, please do try Trend Micro Security to protect your home devices. Thank you.
