Extending my present Trend Micro protection to an extra PC, as I can yet protect 3 devices

Good morning,

How do I have to proceed if I need an extra Antivirus+ Security protection for a new relative's PC ? Have I to buy a new license ? May I keep the same license number on this new device ?

I follow and save all questions in Trend Micro Communoty but I have never seen answer from Trend Micro. So I suppose :Trend Micro communoty was built only for questions and user's answers.Trend Micro protection wiork better for companies users than common user.I have got many issues for changing of PC beginning of this year ( my licence was for 3 PC and I had only 2 PC; I ask Trend Micro help but never received answer from them. I was obliged to buy a new licence and after so I pay 2 licences for 2 PC's. Yhey never explain how to delete my previous PC who was out of work.

Managing your Trend Micro Account (MyAccount) - refer to "About Your License" of "Removing/Transferring Protection From A Device/Computer"

Welcome to our Community and our apologies if you were not able to receive any answers to your previous questions. You may refer on the link "Managing your Trend Micro Account" Tom Emmelot was able to provide and then kindly see instructions under the drop down option "Removing a device or transferring protection to another device" if you would like to transfer protection from old registered device to a new one.

If in case you need to protect a total of more than 3 computer and since your subscription entitles you to protect a total of 3 PCs, you may just purchase another license that can protect up to more than 3 PCs and discontinue your old license.
