Hi,

My TM Max has stopped working altogether. I have tried to uninstall/reinstall multiple times. I still get an error
#1603, 3002 0xe0220019.
As such I am unable to complete reinstallation and have no security protection at this time.

We are sorry to hear that you are encountering Installation Incomplete Error Code: #1603, 3002 0xe0220019. 

Please know that the reason why you got the said error code may be due to file or folder remnants of your old security software on the computer. To resolve the issue, please follow the steps provided on the link below:

"Installation Incomplete... Error code: #1603, 3002, 0xe0220019" appears when installing Trend Micro Security software

May we know what kind of office calendar you have, is it a Microsoft Office Calendar? If so does this issue happens when the Trend Micro program is enabled? If so please try to click on this link and run the hotfix to resolve the issue you are having with your Microsoft Office applications.
