every since i down loaded the full version (paid) i keep getting a script error why??

Hello venom1967 and welcome to the community! 

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. 

Upon activating the full version, all the features and functions of the program will be activated as well. It is possible that the malicious script hiding on your Temporary folder has been detected by the Trend Micro program when it has been activated. 

What we can do about this is to delete all the files on your Temp folder. See the steps below: 
Step 1: Press Windows + R keys on your keyboard at the same time.
Step 2: On the open field for the Run command window, type %temp%.
Step 3: Press CTRL + A to select every file on the folder.
Step 4: Press Delete or right click and then select Delete.
Step 5: Close the Temp Folder and go to Empty your Recycle Bin.
Step 6:  Run a Full Scan on the Trend Micro Program. See the link below to see the steps on how to do that:

Thank you for sending us a screenshot.

When do you get this error? Is it upon opening your computer or when you open your browser? Also, please follow the steps below.

1.      Clear your browser cache.

-            Clearing a web browser's cache

2.      Flush Dns

-         Run Command Prompt as admin

-         Type “ipconfig /flushdns”without the quotations then press Enter

3.      Winsock reset

-         Still on Command Prompt,type the following “netsh winsock reset” withoutthe quotations then press Enter.

4.      Disable Trend Micro

-          Disabling or enabling your Trend MicroSecurity software


Please make sure you have emptied your Temp folder beforedoing the steps above. Do let us know if the problem still persists even afterdisabling Trend Micro. You can then re-enable it by clicking the Trend Microicon on your desktop to launch the main console.

Kindly disable programs that you are not using on your startup.

To disable startup programs on Windows 10, please follow the steps below:

Step 1 – Right-click on an empty area on the Taskbar and select Task Manager.

Step 2 – When Task Manager comes up, click the Startup tab and look through the list of programs that are enabled to run during startup. Then to stop them from running, right-click the program and select Disable.

Also, please do a disk cleanup on your computer by following the steps below:

1. Search for Disk cleanup from the taskbar and select it from the list of results
2. Under Files to delete, select the file types to get rid of. To get a description of the file type, select it.
3. Select OK.
