According to Collectorz.com, errors like these pop up after updating the software or after upgrading your Windows on your computer. Kindly refer on the link below to resolve this concern.

After updating I get “Call to OS Function Failed” or “Cannot Create...” error

Hi Kath Thank you for your reply. After reloading the software the system saved only for the first save. The error message then reappeared when saving or closing down. I have used the Folder Shield to deselect the folder Collectorz but when I open Folder Shield the folder is checked again

May I know if you encounter any error message by Trend Micro? If there is, kindly provide a screenshot so we have an idea about what is happening when you try to save files using that application.

Also, kindly try disabling Trend Micro temporarily, then try replicating the case - reloading the software and saving files from the application. Please refer on the link below on how to disable Trend Micro.

At the time of printing any document if the Printer is not working in a proper manner then there may generate errors similar to Epson Printer Error code 0xe5 . To overcome these issues they can take help from my blog that will guide them.
