Recently I have been receiving this error in Event Viewer which is Error Code 7000 and states that tmumh service failed to start because a device on the computer is not functioning. I haven't moved or done anything differently to my computer, which I find is odd. The key in the registry shows a (0). Any help would be appreciated!

UPDATE: I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Trend Micro and I'm still receiving this error. I try to duplicate it and it seems every time I close Trend Micro or restart my system I see this ERROR, however, the program itself is still functioning.
