error code when trying to download the software i have completed all troubleshoting steps and still get the error message please help

Could you please provide more detail on what is happening? e.g. exact error message, basic PC info, action taken before the detection appears and also let us know what troubleshooting steps have you tried. Some screenshots would also be helpful.
