Software not functioning. Not opening up. Happened after an update. Cant uninstall, message says "waiting for an update to finish", but it never does.

Sorry to hear that you're having problems with Maximum Security after an update. We have been pushing some auto software updates recently, and it's possible that the update was not successful and is causing the current issue. Let's uninstall using our Diagnostic Toolkit, and reinstall the latest and greatest version of Maximum Security.
