error code 1603

Error code 1603 has come twice. what is the next step. Once on initial download and then after full version download. My processor is not list on the intel website as the porblem. I have a PC intel I5 4690k @3.50 ghz with 8 GB ram and 3 gig main drive and 256 meg ram drive with the OS on it. The trend micro is the latest download

1. Uninstalling Potentially Unwanted Applications (PUA)
2. Uninstalling Trend Micro Security software using the Uninstall Tool
3. Using the Trend Micro Remnant File Remover Tool
4. Using the Trend Micro Permission Tool
