Enable Detect Web Threats and Password Problem

When I opened the Trend Microsoft Internet Security on the Mac the"Detect Web Threats" is off and the "Fix Now" button is disabled. How can I resolve this? I also changed my password today because I had forgotten it. I changed it on the mobile device. When I want back to the Mac to enter the new password it was not recognized.

For your "Detect Web Threats" issue, we would like to suggest that you install the latest program on fixing this issue. Please refer to below steps to reinstall the Antivirus for Mac:

Uninstalling Antivirus for Mac

Installing Antivirus for Mac 2017

For your "password" issue, are you referring when you click the lock icon on the lower left of the main console and there will be a window asking for your password? If yes, if this window appears, please type your Mac password, not your Trend Micro Account password. If not, please let us know which password are you referring.

Please try and let us know if this resolves your issue. If the problem persists after you tried above solution, Could you provide more detail on what is happening? e.g. error message, Mac OS info. Some screenshots would also be helpful. You can use the attach image feature in theĀ
