Emails vanishing

HI, I am sure I have a virus on my PC, every time I get sent an email with personal information in the content, it disappears from the inbox within seconds of it being delivered, it does not go in the junk or spam folders. I am also receiving a lot of spam mail, even after I block sender, all of this mail also appears on the inbox with the same font as the mail that has been read. No scans have detected anything malicious, I do not have this issue with other devices

We are not sure how your emails disappears from the inbox but since you mentioned that the message is being sent, possibly it is on the sent items.

May I know your email provider and your mail client?

Also, to unsubscribe to those spam emails, scroll down to the bottom of those emails and look for "Unsubscribe" and click it. 

If you are using outlook or outlook express, You can refer to this link below on how to block those emails.
